When I was introduced to Bob he was in bad shape. His insulin readings were at 600, the highest his meter went. After our initial meeting, I was able to determine the best program for Bob to help him lose weight, and get his insulin levels down. Diet is the key. Knowing what to eat, how often, and in what quantity.
